Structured, evidence-based rehabilitation to support a safe and confident return to activity after concussion.
Concussion is a complex injury that affects more than just the brain. Symptoms can vary widely between individuals and may impact physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory systems which we call domains. With the right assessment and rehabilitation, most people recover well.

At The Physio Box, we provide specialist concussion assessment and rehabilitation using a structured, evidence-informed approach, helping you return safely to school, work, training, and sport.

What is Concussion?
Concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury caused by a direct or indirect force to the head. Loss of consciousness is not required, and symptoms may develop immediately or evolve over hours or even days.

While many people recover within 7–14 days, others experience symptoms in one or more areas that persist beyond this timeframe.

Early assessment and appropriate management significantly improve recovery outcomes.
