1. Appointment Bookings

Appointments may be booked in person, online, by email, or by phone.
A booking is confirmed once an appointment time has been agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable at the full appointment rate.
This includes:

• Same-day cancellations

• No-shows

• Arriving too late to complete the appointment

The full fee must be paid before further bookings can be made.

3. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other patients.
The full fee remains payable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only available when cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Block-booking purchases follow the same rules.

5. Therapist Cancellation

If The Physio Box must cancel your appointment (e.g. illness or emergency), you will be offered:

• The next available appointment, or

• A full refund if prepaid

No additional compensation is offered.

6. Agreement

By booking an appointment with The Physio Box, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
